Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. If the client is late by 15-20 minutes, you can start your appointment from arrival or get refunded half of your payment. If the client is late for more than 25 mins, you can no longer receive a refund. If you decide to arrive still, the remainder of your time will be given.

Refund Policy: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
